Founded in 2021
It all started with the simple question, “What can we do to make the lives of coaches easier?”.
From there Lindsay Mayer and Diego Ibarra put their creativity to work and founded Alphas Alliance. To date, Lindsay and Diego have successfully created AlphaSigns and have several other software projects in development.
Both are active Division College Coaches. Lindsay Mayer serves as Head Coach at Arcadia University nearby Philadelphia, and Diego Ibarra most recently served as an Assistant at UNC Wilmington and helped them capture their 1st Conference title in program history.
Alphas Alliance wants to make the athletic journey more meaningful for all coaches and players by ultimately allowing the user to make more meaningful use of their time.

Lindsay Mayer

Fierce like a lion, with a heart of gold, Lindsay Mayer exemplifies what it means to lead any organization to success. Having a strong knack for financial realignment, and profit building, she also serves as CEO and owner of Be The Best, and is a D1 Coach at the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts.
Diego Ibarra
VP, Co-Founder
Ambitious, visionary, and a lover of all people, Diego Ibarra relentlessly pushes the boundaries of what is possible, Being passionately curious, and tech savvy, he enjoys combining these interests to build thriving teams and businesses. Diego also co-owns Be The Best and is a D1 Coach at UNC Wilmington.
